News
News is comprised of facts and events which have occurred or are actively occurring in the "real world" which comprise the current timeline (day/week/month/year) which would be considered the present's or near-past's (and to a lesser extent speculating about the near future's) noteworthy information.
Although the position of journalists and reporters who write about or read aloud the news is meant to be impartial and objective, it has become increasingly opinionated, subjective and politicized, to the point that many "news" agencies and media companies are deemed "infotainment" on account of the large amounts of opinions scattered amongst the delivery and very choices of what is deemed "newsworthy" and and how it is reported.
