Cingular
Cingular purchased AT&T's "AT&T Wireless" division in 2004[3][4], only to later be bought in its entirety in 2007[5] by the AT&T parent company as it restructured and re-shaped its strategic vision.[6] Some criticized this as an intentional act or back-room deal to acquire Cingular at a cheaper price, from the beginning.[7][8][9][10][11]
