=== BYOP ===
 +
 +
'''B'''ring '''Y'''our '''O'''wn '''P'''assword (''BYOP'') is the idea that we no longer need to own specific devices and can simply always use "floater" or temporary "loaner" devices. For instance, in taking "open office" seating arrangements to the next level by having employees sit wherever they like (i.e. first come first served or some other random or planned desk/device rotation). Obviously germs and device hygiene (physical cleanliness and germs between users, as well as general wear & tear) becomes a concern with this approach, as does proper Session Management and Security mechanisms to ensure proper logout from all services prior to transferring usage, but there are some promising approaches for this.

Mobile is an adjective describing an object in motion or capable of motion.

Mobile Technology

Mobile Technology (commonly used synonymously with the word Mobile by itself, or, when referring to physical hardware such as Mobile Devices or other electronics) is a catch-all term often used to describe any electronic communication software or hardware.

BYOD

Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) is a workplace policy of allowing (and/or practice of them doing it anyway) the employees of an organization to use their own computers, smartphones, or other devices for work purposes. The increasing prevalence of BYOD is set to have a fundamental impact on IT and organizational security over the next few years. A number of "leaks" have been the result of failed or non-existent BYOD policies at major organizations.

BYOP

Bring Your Own Password (BYOP) is the idea that we no longer need to own specific devices and can simply always use "floater" or temporary "loaner" devices.
